Honestly I kind of thought Lauren was joking when she said we should try this. I thought “how could dried out beans possibly be good?” But she was right, they were delicious! (this is why I keep her around) These are SUPER easy and great for snacking on when you are craving something salty and savory!
Roasted Kidney Beans:
1 Can Cannellini White Kidney Beans
Rinse the Kidney Beans. Spread out on a baking sheet and pat dry with a paper towel to remove all excess water. Drizzle with Olive oil, season with salt and pepper and throw sprinkle with rosemary. Mix everything around so they are well coated.
Bake in the oven at 450 for 25/30 min, until browned and crispy.
Put in a bowl and enjoy!
